Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Account deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Codex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
